Bridget’s classes are for anyone who wants to look, move and feel like a dancer.

You do not need any previous dance or general exercise experience and all classes are entirely suitable for beginners. Welcoming anyone over the age of 16.

With regular attendance you will perfect your technique, turn-out and posture, you will learn grace, discipline, flexibility, and endurance. Ballet is the ‘backbone’ of all dance training and is the most important dance form, Bridget will guarantee you will leave with a smile on your face.

This class is a mixed gender HIIT class consisting of high intensity exercises that improve your overall strength, speed, agility and athleticism.

HARD HIITZ BOXERCISE

This class will allow members the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of boxing and self-defense whilst giving you a high intensity work out. Members will gain improved fitness, hand speed, reflexes & co-ordination.
