Refund and Cancellation Policy
For cancellations of an appointment, class or event made at least 24 hours in advance, MySpa95 Limited will provide a refund of any payment or advance deposit.
For no-shows or cancellations provided less than 24 hours in advance, no refunds or credits will be provided.
