Wellbeing95 is a yoga and wellbeing studio located in Streatham Hill. We provide classes in various styles of Yoga – Power Yoga, Vinyasa flow , Hatha Yoga, Egyptian Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Aeriel Yoga  and a Class for Mother and Baby Aeriel.

We also provide instructor led classes for Pilates, Ballet Barre Concept, Kali Self Defence, Combat Boxercise, FusionFit Belly Dancing, Kick Boxing, Abs Balance and Core Workout
and Body Conditioning and Children’s Contemporary Street Dance.

Dynamic or more restorative, there is a style and fitness class for everyone’s needs. Beginners and more experienced practitioners alike.

We believe that regular exercise improves both the mind and body and helps us make more responsible decisions in life.

The studio is equipped with secured lockers, toilets, changing rooms, shower facilities, and provides everything that the different classes require in terms of props: the mats, straps, blocks, blankets, cushions, towels and bottled water. At Wellbeing95, you have the bonus of a beauty spa on the premise. Our vision is to offer a first class service and environment for you to enjoy your practice and your lifestyle.

The studio is very close to Streatham Hill station, very convenient to get to if you live in South London.
